The Seniority Merger Committee is
responsible for working
on
seniority integration
issues.
This committee conducts extensive research on our seniority
list. They work on crediting
our workforce with training days to make our flight attendants
equitable with US Airways flight attendants when it comes to
active time spent at America West. Finally, they
review
seniority data and files at AWA to eventually merge the two list
to become one. |
