The
Membership Committee is in charge of the day to day
running of the office. We answer the phones, assist
all committee members and chair persons in any way
possible, we assist the Officers in whatever they
need, running The Pantry of Love and
assist flight attendants with issues they are having.
We plan things such as the 9/11 memorial honoring the
fallen flight crews and periodic open houses for the
office. The Membership Committee is a great place to
start in learning the ins and outs of the AFA. It is a
great way to learn not only the contract but also to
see exactly what AFA and its volunteers do everyday.
You will be able to stay on top of current flight
attendant issues.
