Up to four (4) duty periods. Trip(s) must fall completely within the vacation month. During a carry-over vacation, trip drops permitted only during the first month vacation resides in.

Option to move scheduled days off which fall within the core vacation to provide additional time off immediately before and/or immediately after a vacation group. Flight Attendant will notify Crew Resources of where to place the additional day(s) off on either side of vacation. This day(s) will become Golden Day(s). The request will automatically be approved and is not subject to staffing needs.

LOW TIME SELF ADJUST-Flight Attendants

Eligible Flight Attendants will have the opportunity to adjust their individual lines for the upcoming month on a first come, first served basis using COT. Flight Attendants may pick up or trade trips that are on at least the same days with a net increase in credit. Line value may increase five (5) credit hours above the originally published line value.

LOW TIME COMPANY ADJUST

Company process adjusting the lines of Flight Attendants who (1) remain below the minumum credit guarantee of seventy (70) credit hours and were eligible for the Self Adjust Process; and (2) any high time participant that remains below the minimum value of her/his high time range.

Flight Attendants shall have the opportunity to construct Relief lines from COT using the automated system. Trips will be assigned based on seniority. Relief bids are processed at 1800 and 2200 on the 25th; 0200, 0600, 1000, 1400, 1800, and 2200 on the 26th and 0200, 0600 and 1000 on the 27th.

Reserve Flight Attendants may begin submitting requests to Crew Resources to move days(s) off or day(s) of reserve availability with the company or with other Reserve Flight Attendants.

       

RELIEF BUILD UP PROCESS

Crew Resources may assign additional COT to days of Reserve availability remaining on a Relief line. Crew Resources will also assign days off and either COT or days of Reserve availability or a combination of both to Blank Relief Lines.

Must be requested via the computer system. Requests must be submitted by 0400 the day prior to the trip report date. Requests will be processed in seniority order. results will be available that same day, no later than 1600.
