Select Bid Input on the toolbar.

Q Select Drop, Pickup, Trade.

Q Enter Employee Id and PIN. Select OK.

Q Enter PIN in box in the upper left hand corner of the DPU screen.

Q Select Trip for a specific trip, or Query for a range of trips/dates.

Q In the Query box enter the date range you wish to start your trip.

Q Select Submit.

Q Select desired trip(s) to give away (if applicable).

Q Select desired trip(s) to pickup (to select more than one [1] trip hold down the Control key, on the keyboard, while clicking the other trip(s) ).

Q Select Process.

Q A display screen will explain your request. READ THIS SCREEN CAREFULLY.

Q The next screen will either approve the trade or state a reason for denial.

Q Select Continue if the request is approved (or OK if denied).

Q Select Accept if you wish to complete the transaction.

Q Confirmation of the approved transaction will be displayed.

Q Your schedule will now display the transaction.

Q You may now begin another transaction.

Q Print your schedule or Exit the DPU process.



 

 

Opens at 1800 on the 28th of the month for the following month and continues every day thereafter.
