SECTION 4 - EXPENSES

A. PER DIEM

A Flight Attendant shall receive for all time away from base (TAFB) per diem of:

DOS + 3 Months

DOS + 30 Months

DOS + 60 Months

$1.30 per hour *

$1.50 per hour *

$1.75 per hour *

Per diem shall be paid from the time a Flight Attendant is scheduled to report for duty or actually reports for duty, whichever is later, and shall continue until termination of duty or flight assignment upon return to her/his home domicile. (* Per diem shall be rounded to the nearest minute.)

B. TRAINING EXPENSES

A Flight Attendant who is required by the Company to travel for training to a station away from her/his domicile shall be paid per diem at the above rates for all hours away from her/his domicile. Per diem shall be rounded to the nearest minute.

C. TDY EXPENSES

A Flight Attendant on a TDY assignment shall be paid forty ($40.00) dollars per day for each day of the TDY assignment. TDY assignments are defined in Section 23, Temporary Duty Assignments.
