B. The initial basic uniform shall be paid for by a new hire Flight Attendant.

C. In the event that the Company prescribes more than one (1) style of uniform, the Flight Attendant may select two (2) complete styles of her/his choice from such prescribed styles of uniform.

D. A maternity jumper or dress shall be made available to a Flight Attendant who requests it at the Company’s expense. Such uniform shall be returned to the Company cleaned and pressed in a dry cleaning bag with the dry cleaning tag attached.

  1. A Flight Attendant will be eligible to participate in the company uniform replacement program. Under this program, a Flight Attendant will receive a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) uniform replacement allowance for twelve (12) months beginning May 1st of each year. If other public contact employees with similar uniforms receive an increase, the Flight Attendant uniform replacement allowance will also be increased by an equal amount. 1. A Flight Attendant shall not be eligible to participate in the replacement program until she/he has completed one (1) year of service. Upon eligibility, the allowance shall be prorated.

F. All Company insignia and uniforms which are provided by the Company at its expense shall be issued on a loan basis, and upon furlough or termination for any reason, the Flight Attendant may be required to return such uniforms and insignia to the Company. Any outstanding payments due to the Company for uniform items shall be deducted from the Flight Attendant’s final paycheck. Exception: Wings may be retained by the Flight Attendant.

G. A Flight Attendant who has a Company-provided uniform item stolen from an aircraft while on duty shall, upon prompt submission of a claim to her/his Supervisor (within twenty-four (24) hours of check-out time in the domicile), have such item(s) replaced at no cost to the Flight Attendant, provided that an investigation absolves the Flight Attendant of negligence.
